Shipping & Handling
OCHO ships via YAMATO for all orders placed in Japan, and by EMS (Express Mail Service) for orders placed from the internationally.
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email outlining your order and tracking information.
If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it.

All orders placed on OCHO online store Monday-Friday, will begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday as our shipping department closes over the weekend.
Please expect 10-15 business days for international shipping. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
Please note, when international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws.
Lost & Damages Items
OCHO online store is not liable for any damages incurred during transit, and lies within the responsibility of EMS. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. OCHO online store does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
